Something's gone wrong and I'm travelling now
Call the urgent line below — it's staffed 24/7 for travellers within 48 hours of, or during, a trip. Don't use the contact form; it's monitored in business hours.
If the property says it has no reservation, ask them to search by the supplier reference on your confirmation (not the Sunny Days reference — hotels rarely see ours). Both are printed on your e-ticket email and order page. That resolves it about nine times out of ten.
If a flight is cancelled or badly delayed at the airport, the airline is the fastest route to a re-route — you're standing in front of them and they hold the seats. Keep every receipt and tell us afterwards; we'll help with the compensation claim.

Travelling in the next 48 hours, or travelling now: the urgent line +1 (555) 018-7742 is staffed 24/7 and answered in under three minutes, or we call you back.
Full contact detail, including postal address, is on the contact page. Please never send card numbers by email — we will never ask for one, and we do not need it to find your booking.
