How it works

Four steps, no guesswork

You tell us where you fly from. We tell you where the weather is genuinely good right now, what it costs to get there, and where to stay when you arrive.

  1. Search from your city

Pick your departure metro — New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and so on. You can leave it at "any airport in this city" and we will use the fastest option across the metro, or narrow it to a specific airport if you have a preference.

  2. We score every destination's forecast window

For each destination we pull the daily forecast, score every day from 0 to 10 on temperature, sky and dryness, then combine those days into a window score that is dragged down by its worst day rather than rescued by its best. Alongside the score you always see the count of genuinely clear days — partly cloudy days are not counted as clear.

The complete formula, including the caps for storms and unusable temperatures, is published on our methodology page with a live worked example.

  3. You see flights and hotels for the windows that hold up

Each destination shows its verified window — the specific dates the forecast supports — with an estimated flight time from your metro and real hotel inventory with live rates, star ratings and chain information. Rates come from LiteAPI's supplier network and move in real time, so the number you see is the number available at that moment rather than a stale cached price.

  4. You book

Your accommodation contract is with the property, fulfilled through LiteAPI / Nuitée. Cancellation follows that property's own policy, which is shown before you pay. We charge no service fee of our own on top.

What we do not do

Forecast data is refreshed hourly — our status page shows exactly when it last ran and whether the pipeline is currently healthy.
