What to include

• About an existing booking — your confirmation reference, the property name and the dates. That is enough for us to find it immediately.
• About a weather score — the destination and roughly when you looked. The full model is on our methodology page and we are happy to walk through the arithmetic for a specific window.
• Privacy request — use the subject line "Privacy request". See the privacy policy for what we hold and what we can delete.
• Something looks broken — check the status page first; it will tell you if the data pipeline is already known to be degraded.

Cancellations

Cancellation is governed by the property's own policy, shown before you pay. If you are not sure what applies to your booking, email us with the reference and we will tell you exactly what the terms are before you commit to anything. The general position is set out in our terms.
